SNOW HILL – The Worcester County Commissioners agreed this week to work an appeal process into a resolution establishing standard sewer flow calculations.After lengthy discussion Tuesday, the commissioners voted unanimously to incorporate an appeal process into the proposed policy setting standard flow calculations.
