BERLIN – The White Horse Park residents who initiated a lawsuit regarding occupancy restrictions now want to dismiss their case against Worcester County.On Wednesday, attorney Hugh Cropper, representing the residents, filed a motion for voluntary dismissal of the case against Worcester County.
