OCEAN PINES – Concerns about proposed spending dominated a public hearing on the Ocean Pines Association’s recommended budget.On Saturday, the Ocean Pines Association (OPA) hosted a public hearing for the proposed budget, which would increase dues by $127, setting the coming year’s assessment at $1,078.
